Refunds are applicable only when a service has not been rendered as described or in the case of a duplicate or mistaken charge.
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
To request a refund, email us at info@soltrakdigital.com with your registered email, order reference, and reason for refund.
Services that have already been utilized, such as used job postings, resume downloads, or consultations, are not eligible for refund.
In case of a payment dispute, please contact our billing department before contacting your bank or card provider.
